We obviously know it's not the healthiest thing, but it's fast, hence: "Fast" Food! &lt;br /&gt;It would be silly to tell you that fast food is healthy, because for the most part, it isn't; there are things you can do though to make sure you're being as relatively healthy with eating it as possible! &lt;br /&gt;This blog will hopefully give you some ideas on what NOT to eat when it's time to hit up the drive-thru!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thinking about going thru Burger King for a regular Whopper (WITH cheese)?&lt;br /&gt;Try a McDonalds Big Mac instead, I know it might sound like a ridiculous choice, but:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A&lt;strong&gt; BK Whopper &lt;/strong&gt;has a total of: &lt;strong&gt;760&lt;/strong&gt; calories &amp;&lt;strong&gt; 47 &lt;/strong&gt;grams of fat.&lt;br /&gt;A &lt;strong&gt;Big Mac&lt;/strong&gt;, on the other hand has a total of: &lt;strong&gt;540&lt;/strong&gt; calories &amp; &lt;strong&gt;29&lt;/strong&gt; grams of fat!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Perhaps you're not in the mood for red meat and are still sitting in the BK drive-thru, you decide to get a BK Big Fish Sandwhich, it does sound healthier, right? Wrong.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; A&lt;strong&gt; BK Fish Sandwhich &lt;/strong&gt;has a whopping total of: &lt;strong&gt;640&lt;/strong&gt; calories &amp; &lt;strong&gt;32&lt;/strong&gt; grams of fat!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you're seriously in the mood for some deep-fired fish, try a:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; McDonalds &lt;strong&gt;Filet O'Fish&lt;/strong&gt;, it only has &lt;strong&gt;380&lt;/strong&gt; calories &amp; &lt;strong&gt;18&lt;/strong&gt; grams of fat!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Maybe you want to order a salad, well check this out before you do!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For a &lt;strong&gt;BK Tendergrill Garden Salad&lt;/strong&gt;, you'll be eating &lt;strong&gt;490&lt;/strong&gt; calories with &lt;strong&gt;30&lt;/strong&gt; grams of fat!&lt;br /&gt;McDonalds' &lt;strong&gt;Premium Southwest Salad with grilled chicken &lt;/strong&gt;only has &lt;strong&gt;380&lt;/strong&gt; calories with only &lt;strong&gt;9 &lt;/strong&gt;grams of fat!&lt;br /&gt;[[Without the grilled chicken: 140 calories &amp; 4.5 grams of fat]]&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Go light with the dressing, or even subtract the dressing, you might find it's just as tasty without all the extra calories!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I think, for the most part, it's safe to say that McDonalds is better, calorie-wise.
